(個人情報保護方針)
当社は、すべての業務運営にあたり、お客様からの信頼を第一と考え、個人情報の保護に関する法律（「個人情報保護法」）にしたがって、お客様の個人情報を厳格に管理し、お客様の希望に沿って取扱うとともに、お客様の個人情報の正確性・機密性の保持に努めています。
個人情報の管理
当社は、お客様の個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、個人情報への不正アクセス・紛失・破損・改ざん・漏洩などを防止するため、セキュリティシステムの維持・管理体制の整備・従業員教育の徹底等の必要な措置を講じ、安全対策を実施し個人情報の厳重な管理を行ないます。
個人情報の取得および利用
当社は、個人情報を取得する場合には利用目的を明示し、その目的達成に足る必要範囲内で適正に取得させていただきます。また個人情報を利用するにあたっては、利用目的の範囲内の利用のみとし、その目的の範囲を超えた利用はいたしません。

お客様からお預かりした個人情報は、当社からのご連絡や業務のご案内やご質問に対する回答として、電子メールや資料のご送付に利用いたします。
個人情報の第三者への開示・提供の禁止
当社は、お客様よりお預かりした個人情報を適切に管理し、次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に開示いたしません。

- お客様が希望されるサービスを行なうために当社が業務を委託する業者に対して開示する場合
- 裁判所・警察などの公的機関から開示・提供の要請があった場合
個人情報の開示、内容の訂正、追加または削除、利用の停止、消去
当社がお預かりするお客様の個人情報に関して、お客様が個人情報の確認、訂正等を希望される場合には、速やかに対応させていただきます。尚、各種手続きに際してはご本人である事を確認させていただく場合がございます。

If a customer wishes to confirm, correct, etc., the personal information we hold, we will respond promptly. Please note that we may need to verify the identity of the individual when processing such requests.
